SaypadDelete your Saypad account
You can delete your Saypad account at any time. Local works without an account, so if you only use Local, there is no account to delete.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes the account, your sessions, your usage, and your plan from Saypad's servers.
Diagnostic reports that you already sent are removed within 90 days.
What stays
The history on your Mac or phone stays until you delete it in the app or uninstall Saypad. It holds your transcripts, your audio recordings, and the name of the app where you dictated.
How to delete your account
On Android
Open Saypad, go to Account, and choose Delete account.
From any device
Email q9labs.ai@gmail.com from the address you sign in with. Use the subject “Delete my Saypad account”. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
