What’s new in Saypad

Saypad for Mac checks for updates once a day and asks before it installs one.

Saypad 0.2.2

• Cloud preserves transcription quality during temporary service limits. It may take a few extra seconds to finish.
• The Remove fillers setting now works correctly with Cloud.
• Improved handling of quiet recordings to avoid repeated, invented text.

These Cloud improvements are also available to existing installations.

Saypad 0.2.1

• Local no longer loses parts of a long dictation. Before, stretches of about 30 seconds could go missing from the text.
• Long dictations on Local take a little longer to finish, because the audio is now read one part at a time.
• The update window now shows what changed in each version.
